I know it's kind of hard to tell but I measured this against another classical and it was an 1/8" smaller...my Nagoya Suzuki #700 had a 3-3/8" diameter soundhole. This #70 Kiso Suzuki had a 3-1/4" soundhole.
In comparison, doing some research I found:
Hauser had a 3.4" soundhole
Overholtzer said 3-5/16"
Nagoya Suzuki #700 was 3-3/8"
So I filed the soundhole wider: to 3-3/8" diameter.
